RAFA 381 Bowls News Bulletin
The last Saturday of the season saw RAFA players turning out on the green in a variety of fancy dress!
Fortunately the weather was great, (in fact we have been very lucky this season with the weather during playing periods so its been no hardship to turn out for matches).
We had four rinks playing a Round Robin format of 3 matches of 6 ends which included a 'mystery pairs', with the winners being Roy Donaldson and Hazel Walsh.
Incidentally the men won 226 points to Ladies 153. Better luck next year ladies.
The fancy dress competition was won by Jean Taylor for the ladies and Ray Fulbrook for the men.
