This was well supported with 40 members taking part, nearly 20 played the 8 games required to qualify for the Alex Cheyne Trophy.

A new rule was introduced this year that your best 8 games would only count encouraging members to play more games and obtain a better average.

There were 17 scoring days this year, 40 bowlers played in at least 1 game.

The winners this year for the Men was Norman Burchfell, with an average of 23.50 and for the Ladies was Jean Taylor with an average of 18.62
