Mercian Bowling Holiday at The Marco Polo Hotel 2009
We sincerely hope that you all enjoy this selection of photographs showing the various activities that have been going on during our rather eventful two weeks at the RIU Marco Polo. At the beginning of the holiday when we present our ambitious programme , we do wonder if it can be achieved, but so far everyone has played their part and competitions are completed as well as most bowlers participating in our mystery roll-ups every morning. Maybe the lure of winning a prize everyday has something to do with it!
As you can see, at great expense we flew in "Mr Rod Stewart " who very generously presented the medals, certificates and prize money on Finals Day. Will we be able to better this next year.
